Eligibility - Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging and returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Process - Contact our customer service team at yapokph@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged. Then once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back and it will take about 2-3 business days to email you so please keep your lines open.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once our logistic team received and approved the item it will automatically process the refund and it will take about 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account just to be clear it depends also on your bank provider.

Late or Missing Refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank account provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
